  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in rental business operations, logistics, distribution, or multi-site environments.
  • Proven success leading multiple locations with direct P&L ownership.
  • Experience leading both operational and commercial teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to lead through change and drive organizational improvements.
  • Experience in private equity-owned or high-growth environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall performance of a multi-location region for a rental business.

  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Support strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Develop and mentor regional leadership teams and succession pipelines.
