Job summary

Quincaillerie Richelieu seeks a Regional General Manager to take full operational responsibility for Texas, Missouri, Kansas, New Mexico, Colorado, Arkansas, and Louisiana. You will drive regional sales growth, lead branch and sales managers, and ensure efficient warehouse and customer service operations.

We value an empathetic, KPI-driven leader with strong communication skills who can develop teams, optimize P&L, and maintain regulatory compliance across a large regional footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or building materials distribution with outside sales and operations leadership.
• Commercial or sales-driven mindset with leadership in sales.
• Deep knowledge of branch office operations with P&L responsibility.
• Empathetic leader with emotional intelligence to develop team members.
• Excellent communication across all levels internally, and with suppliers and customers.
• KPI-oriented and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth through existing customers and new business with coaching to sales managers and outside sales team.
• Own strategic growth of key customer accounts.
• Support Branch Managers and ensure efficient order processing and shipping.
• Maintain full P&L accountability for the region.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in logistics and safety.
• Advise on recruitment and staff development to meet company goals.
• Lead process improvements for efficiency across departments.
• Monitor daily KPIs for sales and operations performance.
• Lead by example to foster a positive culture.
