Responsibilities

• Oversee service, repair, maintenance and modernization activities regionally.
• Drive New Installation activity and ensure P&L oversight.
• Develop regional operations plans and budgets for service growth.
• Lead a team and manage performance using KPI-driven approaches.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate safety initiatives with Field Quality Excellence.
• Direct resource allocation, scheduling and workflow planning.
