Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3-5 years in various assignments with Schindler or related elevator industry experience preferred.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• People management experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Financial acumen and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual office business operations plans and budgets for service, repair, and modernization.
• Grow portfolio unit count and value above market standards with fixed price repairs.
• Direct market plans to sell products and services across district load centers.
• Lead a team to deliver KPI results and manage performance reviews.
• Coordinate safety practices with Field Quality Excellence and ensure proper testing and training.
• Oversee field service activities for parts, tools, and fixed assets; manage working capital and billing procedures.
