Job summary

Schindler in San Diego, CA seeks a Branch Manager to oversee service, repair, maintenance and modernization of our elevator portfolio in the region. You will lead a team, drive KPIs, ensure customer satisfaction and align with regional objectives.

You will coordinate modernization efforts, manage field and office staff, and foster strong client relationships to grow unit counts and value across the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 3–5 years in various assignments with the Company, in the elevator industry, or in another related industry, preferred.
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• People management experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Financial acumen and analytical problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; SAP experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual office business operations plans and budgets for service, repair, and modernization in support of the territory's objectives.
• Grow portfolio unit count and value above market standards with fixed price repairs.
• Develop and execute market plan to direct the sale of company products and services across district load centers.
• Deliver a strategic plan to provide high-quality service and loyalty across product lines.
• Lead a team to meet KPIs and drive performance and safety initiatives.
