Job summary

Keller Management Services, LLC seeks an experienced Superintendent for projects in Utah and the Rocky Mountain region. The role is 80% field work and 20% office tasks, overseeing crews, subcontractors, and equipment to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals.

The Superintendent will coordinate with the Project Manager, mentor field staff, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and site plans. Frequent travel required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience supervising construction crews.
• Experience with drilling techniques and ground improvement methods.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent time management, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field activities and supervise field crews and subcontractors.
• Review project requirements and ensure readiness for crew deployment.
• Coordinate subcontractors and align with project goals.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce safety protocols.
• Track production metrics and provide input for efficiency improvements.
• Act as liaison between field operations and project management.
• Mentor and train field staff and conduct site inspections.
• Assist in mob/demob planning and equipment rentals as needed.
