Job summary

Keller is seeking a confident, safety-oriented Superintendent to support our Rocky Mountain region. The role involves on-site supervision of field labor, equipment, materials, and safety with frequent regional travel.

You will coordinate production targets, mentor crews, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and improve methods. Qualified candidates bring at least 5 years of drilling experience, OSHA/First Aid CPR certifications, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive drilling experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• Active driver's license is mandatory.
• Experience with heavy construction equipment.
• Geotechnical experience is a plus.
• 30 Hour OSHA, First Aid/CPR, Rigging and Signaling certified.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• On-site project supervision including management of field labor, equipment, materials, safety and production.
• Study plans to ensure production meets construction specifications.
• Develop skilled craft workers and laborers; oversee all onsite crew and daily tracking.
• Coordinate with operations to meet production targets; procurement of tools and materials.
• Confer with staff from laborers to engineering to resolve issues and improve methods.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and inspect work.
• Travel regionally on a full-time basis.
