Job summary

Keller is seeking a confident, safety-oriented Superintendent for the Rocky Mountain region. This on-site role travels regionally and supervises field crews, equipment, materials, and safety to meet production targets.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years as a Driller, strong leadership and communication skills, and OSHA 30 certification. Travel and project oversight are core components of the position, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a Driller.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• On-site project supervision including management of field labor, equipment, materials, safety, and production.
• Study plans to ensure production meets construction specifications.
• Develop skilled craft workers and laborers.
• Oversee all onsite crew and daily tracking.
• Analyze production targets and coordinate with operations to ensure production goals are met.
• Procurement of tools and materials.
• Confer with staff from laborers to engineering personnel to resolve issues and improve methods.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and inspect work.
• Full-time travel is required.
