Job summary

Keller is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead field operations from our Asheville, NC region. The role oversees crews, equipment, and deliveries, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and cost-effectiveness across multiple sites.

Expect 80% field time and 20% office coordination, with travel across projects. You will supervise Superintendents and Foremen, enforce quality standards, and coordinate with Project Managers on resources and timelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years supervising civil/geotechnical construction crews.
• Experience with various drilling techniques and ground improvement methods.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations and coordinate with Project Manager for safety and timely delivery.
• Monitor crew sizes, scheduling, and equipment usage.
• Ensure compliance with Keller safety standards and client requirements.
• Support bid reviews and manage subcontractor progress across sites.
• Lead training and development of field leadership.
