Job summary

Keller is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations across Utah and the Rocky Mountain region. The role is 80% field work and 20% office tasks, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and equipment while ensuring safety and contract compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years supervising civil/geotechnical projects, strong leadership and client-relations skills, and willingness to travel frequently. Keller values integrity, collaboration, and excellence in project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervising civil/geotechnical field crews.
• Experience with drilling techniques and ground improvement methods.
• Willingness to travel frequently and for extended periods.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily field activities and supervises field crews and subcontractors.
• Reviews project and contract requirements and ensures alignment with goals.
• Leads safety meetings and enforces safety protocols.
• Tracks production metrics and supports efficiency improvements.
• Mentors field staff and conducts on-site inspections.
• Supports mob/demob processes and equipment coordination.
• Ensures compliance with contract requirements and project plans.
