Job summary

Keller is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations across Texas, Missouri or Oklahoma. This role requires frequent travel and focuses on directing crews, ensuring safety, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

The position is 80% field work and 20% office tasks, with supervision of multiple sites and coordination with project management to meet client expectations and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience supervising construction crews on civil/geotechnical projects.
• Experience with drilling techniques and ground improvement methods.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrated leadership, time management, documentation and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel frequently for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily field activities and supervises crews and subcontractors.
• Reviews project requirements and ensures alignment with goals.
• Leads safety meetings and enforces safety protocols.
• Tracks production and advises on efficiency improvements.
• Coordinates with Project Manager on scheduling and resources.
• Exercises stop-work authority for safety and quality issues.
