Job summary

Keller is seeking an experienced Superintendent for the Utah and Rocky Mountain region. The role oversees field operations, manages crews and subcontractors, and ensures projects meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

You will coordinate with the Project Manager, plan resources, and supervise equipment and deliveries across multiple sites. 80% field work and 20% office tasks emphasize hands-on leadership and detailed reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience supervising civil/geotechnical construction crews.
• Experience with drilling techniques and ground improvement methods.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Willing to travel frequently and for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily field activities and supervises field crews and subcontractors.
• Reviews project requirements and aligns with contract specifications.
• Leads safety meetings and enforces safety protocols.
• Tracks production metrics and advises on efficiency improvements.
• Coordinates with Project Manager to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
• Mentors and develops field staff.
