Job summary

Keller is seeking a confident, safety-oriented Superintendent to lead field operations in the Rocky Mountaint region. The role requires frequent regional travel and the ability to reside in neighboring states.

In this hands-on position you will supervise on-site crews, manage equipment and materials, uphold safety and quality standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in drilling/geotechnical field supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• Computer skills with MS Office are preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-site project supervision including management of field labor, equipment, materials, safety, and production.
• Study plans to ensure production meets construction specifications.
• Develop skilled craft workers and laborers; oversee on-site crew and daily tracking.
