Dataprise seeks an Associate General Manager to partner with the General Manager in Virginia Beach, leading daily operations, driving P&L performance, and shaping regional strategy for SMB clients. You will oversee business planning, budgets, and cross-functional execution to meet financial and growth objectives.

This role requires 10+ years of progressive leadership in MSP or related services, a Bachelor's in Business, and strong strategic, coaching, and collaborative skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in MSP or related services.
• Strong strategic, coaching and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to drive P&L and growth objectives.
