You'll deploy platform playbooks, manage service and install managers, dispatchers, and technicians, and drive performance through a culture of ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Track record of owning a P&L or running an operation measured on results.
• Led frontline teams (crews, technicians, or operators) and earned trust.
• Self-directed operator with proactive problem-solving.
• Financial fluency: read P&L, identify leaks, close gaps.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Salisbury, MD area.

Responsabilités

• Own full P&L: revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and growth targets.
• Oversee service and install model: call booking, dispatch, routing, technician productivity, ticket size, close rate, callbacks, membership growth.
• Lead service and install managers, dispatchers, CSRs, and field techs: hire, coach, and set standards.
• Recruitment and retention of technicians in a competitive labor market.
• Deploy the platform playbook: implement SOPs and ensure adoption.
• Manage licensing, permitting, safety, and fleet across the area.
• Forecast, budget, and review performance with platform leadership.
