Job summary

Poolie LLC is seeking a General Manager for a Texas regional branch, responsible for driving revenue growth, P&L profitability, and leading a team of Service Managers, Supervisors, and Technicians. This leadership role combines strategic sales initiatives with operational excellence to deliver top-tier service.

You will partner with commercial teams to expand market share, ensure client retention, and uphold safety and quality standards across the operation.

Qualifications

Proven leadership as GM, Operations Director, or Branch Manager in home services or multi-unit ops.
Direct experience driving top-line growth, revenue targets, and P&L.
Experience leading multi-tier teams and driving accountability.
Skilled in handling high-level client escalations and commercial negotiations.
Comfort with modern business tech (CRMs, routing tools, messaging platforms).
Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

Drive top-line revenue and market expansion for the regional branch.
Own the regional P&L and manage budgets, margins, and costs.
Oversee daily branch operations and field teams to meet quality and safety standards.
Act as senior escalation point for high-stakes client concerns and retention.
Hire and develop branch heads and drive a high-performing culture.
Champion adoption of Poolie's tech stack (HubSpot, Pool Brain, Podium, Slack).
Oversee facility, fleet, inventory, and safety compliance.
