Job summary

A leading plumbing service provider is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations in the West Region. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of General Management experience in a service-related industry, possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have the ability to drive sales and oversee a large team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong team orientation, and the ability to navigate compliance and performance metrics. High travel is expected during the comprehensive training program.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day sales and profit goals.
• Monitor and report monthly performance including P&L.

• Ensure compliance with licensing and HR issues.
• Develop and retain commercial and residential customers.
• Recruit and retain management and service technicians.
