Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) is seeking a General Manager in Honolulu, HI to lead service, repair, maintenance and modernization activities across the region. This role drives customer satisfaction, oversees P&L and allocates resources for installations and growth across product lines.

You will manage a team, develop annual plans, and coordinate with field operations to optimize performance while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MA preferred.
• 5-7+ years in elevator/related industry.
• Experience managing a full P&L for an industrial company preferred.
• People management experience in industrial service or related operations.
• Strong knowledge of operational management and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional service, repair and modernization activities.
• Lead team performance and KPI delivery.
• Coordinate New Installation activity and P&L oversight.
• Develop and execute annual regional business operations plans and budgets.
