Schindler Group is seeking a General Manager in Honolulu to oversee service, repair, and modernization activities across our portfolio within the assigned region. The role includes driving recovery efforts, managing modernization sales and operations, and serving as the local connection for New Installations with P&L responsibility.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with MBA/MA preferred and 5–7+ years in elevator/industrial service, with strong leadership, analytical, and communication

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute annual regional operations plans and budgets for service, repair and modernization.
• Direct sales, pricing, volume, mix, and market share initiatives across district load centers.
• Oversee New Installations activity and P&L for the geography; coordinate with field and admin teams.
• Lead and mentor a team to achieve KPIs; manage workload and performance reviews.
• Ensure product safety responsibilities and testing in partnership with Quality Excellence.
