Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA or MA preferred.
• 5-7+ years in elevator/related industry with company experience preferred.
• People management experience and progressive leadership in industrial service or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of operational management, workforce planning, and customer relationship management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual regional business operations plans and budgets for service, repair and modernization.
• Grow portfolio unit count and value above market standards; drive fixed-price repairs.
• Direct sales and marketing of company products and services across district load centers.
• Manage cancellation avoidance across accounts, focusing on top 20 and at-risk programs.
• Lead and mentor a team; manage workload, KPI performance, and field technician engagement.
