Amrize North America Inc. in Gilbert, AZ, seeks a General Manager - AGG to lead Arizona and Nevada aggregate operations from Las Vegas or Phoenix.

You will drive strategy execution, oversee safety, productivity, customer service, and cost‑effective production, while translating customer needs into efficient processes. Role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of leadership experience, and proficiency with SAP, Salesforce and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Field of study in operations, business, civil engineering or related.
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a leadership operations role.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce and MS Office.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Delivers strategic leadership and management practices to support business strategy.
• Ensures quality at production by evaluating processes and inputs.
