Amrize is seeking a Plant Manager - Aggregate to lead mining operations and production at the Rollag Agg MN site. You’ll drive safety, staffing, scheduling, and cost control while delivering quality product and meeting dispatcher requests.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mining Engineering or related field with 5-7 years in aggregate mining and related plant production, plus computer proficiency and SAP experience as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years Aggregate Mining and related Raw Materials Plant Production experience.
• Computer proficiency required; SAP experience would be a plus.
• Adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsabilités

• Identify operational opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Address customer needs while protecting the long-term company interests.
• Initiate and implement production/scheduling programs to raise productivity and ensure safe operations.
• Manage subordinate personnel and the plant with fiscal integrity.
• Delegate responsibilities and evaluate performance of staff.
• Participate in safety inspections (MSHA) and related audits.
• Communicate with site crew including plant operators and laborers.
• Schedule production and oversee preventive maintenance.
• Maintain inventory levels to service customer demand.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance across environments.
