Job summary

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Mine Manager in Sun City, AZ to lead a mining operations team under MSHA safety standards. You will have full P&L responsibility, oversee production, sales, and staff, and drive safety, compliance, and profitability in aggregates manufacturing.

The role requires extensive supervisory experience in aggregates, strong leadership, and the ability to manage budgets, plans, and site growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in an aggregates environment preferred.
• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent industry work experience required; bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities and staff in a mining environment under MSHA safety standards.
• Maintain P&L responsibility and oversee operations, sales, and employees to achieve safety, compliance, and profitability goals.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure a positive, safe work culture and regulatory compliance.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for growth, including acquisitions and new site opportunities.
• Oversee budgeting, strategic planning, and reporting; communicate with all levels of management.
