Job summary

CRH Americas Materials Inc. in Idaho seeks a senior operations leader to direct the production of aggregate products and manage third-party crushing across Southeast Idaho & Wyoming locations.

You will oversee eight managers and a ~50-person team, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting production and financial targets. Strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and budget management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years' experience in the industry.
• Ability to manage and motivate team members to engage in safety, production, and financial initiatives.
• Experience in aggregate production, delivery, sales, and customer service is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA/MSHA, DEQ, EPA, and local regulatory agencies.
• Self-directed, results-oriented, and highly motivated, requiring minimal direct guidance.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates production of aggregate products and third-party crushing.
• Oversee safety, compliance, source planning, and quality at all locations in the Southeast Idaho & Wyoming sub-region.
• Set and manage production schedules and priorities for internal crews and third-party crushers.
• Responsible for financial performance and profit/loss at all aggregate locations.
• Lead hiring, training, and development of staff; forecast costs and quantities monthly.
