Amrize is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager, Aggregates to lead a regional sales team across multiple states and drive revenue growth and profitability. The role collaborates with Operations, Logistics, and Performance teams to optimize inventory, delivery, and customer outcomes.

Travel is expected 30-40% within the territory. Relocation assistance is provided for candidates outside the listed locations. Build a customer-centric culture and deliver strong EBITDA results.

Formación

• 7+ years of sales leadership experience in aggregates or heavy construction.
• Proven track record of growing regional revenue and market share.
• Experience with P&L ownership and pricing discipline.
• Strong problem solving and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a regional sales team (inside sales and account managers).
• Set targets, conduct pipeline reviews, and implement KPI dashboards.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top commercial talent.
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with divisional goals.
• Identify high-value customer segments, pricing opportunities, and product mix strategies.
• Leverage market intelligence and demand forecasting to capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations to align production with sales and inventory targets.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery and resolve capacity constraints.
• Work with Analytics to monitor KPIs, forecast accuracy, and margins.
• Oversee key account management, contract negotiations, and long-term partnerships.
• Implement feedback loops to improve service levels and NPS.
