Arcosa Aggregates in Sun City, AZ is seeking a Mine Manager to direct mine operations with full P&L responsibility, emphasizing safety, compliance, and profitability in an MSHA-regulated environment. Sand and Gravel experience is required and leadership of a hands-on team is essential.

You will lead development of short, mid, and long-term operating plans and budgets, work with sales to grow market share, and pursue green-site opportunities to expand production while maintaining cost discipline.

Formación

• Five years supervisory experience in an Aggregates environment.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience; bachelor preferred.
• Knowledge of MSHA regulations and safety/environmental policies.
• Ability to travel and work varied outdoor environment.

Responsabilidades

• Direct activities and staff within a mining environment regulated by MSHA safety standards.
• Oversee operations, sales, and employees to achieve safety, compliance, & profitability goals.
• Develop and implement short, intermediate, and long-term operating plans and budgets.
• Support acquisition and green-site opportunities to expand production as a full-service aggregates producer.
