Qualifications

• 5-7 years in consultative/solution-based selling in a B2B environment.
• Experience selling at the senior management level with a proven track record of closing deals.
• A college degree or equivalent experience and demonstrated success in sales.
• 3-5 years of relevant industry sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fuel sales team and drive growth.
• Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts that meet quotas.
• Drive the full sales cycle from initial engagement to close.
• Prospect for potential customers using networking and tools like Fleet Sleek, Hoovers, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects against company criteria and address customer requirements.
• Provide forecasts on sales volumes that will close in 90 days.
• Work with operations to ensure smooth deliveries and great customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing on lead-generation campaigns.
