Choice Hotels International, Inc. is seeking an Area Director, Franchise Performance, Core Brands, to drive commercial performance across a portfolio of midscale and upper midscale franchised hotels in the Northeast.

You will partner with owners, operators, and management companies, translating data into actionable plans and leading cross-functional collaboration to improve RevPAR, market share, ADR, and profitability.

Formación

• Minimum fifteen (15) years of progressive hotel industry experience with significant responsibility for commercial strategy, revenue performance, sales, marketing, revenue management, or multi-property performance improvement.
• Minimum ten (10) years of hotel leadership experience, preferably including franchise performance, revenue management, commercial leadership, or multi-unit operational responsibility.
• Demonstrated success improving hotel commercial performance, including revenue growth, RevPAR, market share, and owner profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as strategic commercial advisor to hotel owners and operators using data to identify revenue opportunities and performance improvements.
• Drive portfolio and hotel-level metrics: RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Distribution, Brand and Operations to activate resources and programs.
• Lead owner and stakeholder discussions; document commitments and ensure follow-through.
