Job summary

Hardee's is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations to oversee franchise restaurant operations across a geographic region, driving growth, profitability, and brand strategy alignment. The role involves leading field and franchise leadership, coordinating initiatives, and ensuring milestones are met to deliver strong sales growth.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities, work with Finance/Operations/Marketing/HR, and travel to restaurants as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple priorities and projects.
• Ability to travel to restaurants (~50%).
• Experience with restaurant operations concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and HR.
• Proven leadership and relationship-building with franchise partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability to field and franchise leadership teams.
• Execute initiatives through planning, milestones, and metrics.
• Build relationships with franchise partners through ongoing communication and follow-up.
• Lead implementation of strategic initiatives and monitor results.
• Grow long-term business, revenue, and profitability goals.
• Support operational processes to meet customer needs.
• Lead and participate in presentations, negotiations, and meetings with executive team.
• Create a dining experience that strengthens relationships with customers.
