Job summary

Hardee's is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations to oversee multiple franchise restaurants within a geographic region, drive growth, and ensure profitability targets are met. The role partners with the executive team to shape brand strategies and deliver results.

You will lead the field leadership, coordinate initiatives, manage relationships with franchise partners, and supervise a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment across operations, marketing, and finance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple priorities to drive brand results.
• Drive to restaurants and interact with executive team in person.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with restaurant operations concepts and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and directions simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with process improvement focus.
• High ethics and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

• Provides leadership to the field and franchise leadership through clear expectations and follow-up.
• Executes initiatives via plans, milestones, and metrics oversight.

• Supports operational processes to meet customer needs.
