Qualifications

• 3+ years of business coaching experience, ideally within a Franchise organization.
• 3+ years of achieving business goals.
• Strong communication skills, including written and verbal.
• Proven ability to execute effective priority management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between franchise owners and the home office.
• Lead, inspire, and coach franchisees by promoting best practices and resolving unique challenges.
• Conduct routine Profit and Loss (P+L) / Forecast reviews with franchisees.
