MT Talent Solutions Inc. is partnering with a leading North American foundry and metal casting organization to recruit a Regional Sales Manager for two Pennsylvania facilities.

The role focuses on developing new business, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in ferrous and/or non-ferrous foundry operations. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in foundry sales, hunter mentality, and strong consultative selling skills.

Qualifications

• Foundry industry experience is mandatory
• 10+ years of relevant experience within foundry/metal casting or related manufacturing
• Proven success in B2B sales, business development, account management, or commercial leadership in foundry
• Hunter mentality with ability to proactively identify, pursue and close opportunities
• Strong strategic and consultative selling skills with ability to understand complex customer needs
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, results-oriented with ownership
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Travel throughout Pennsylvania, occasional out-of-state travel
• Valid driver\'s license and access to reliable vehicle
• Post-secondary education in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering is an asset
• Willingness to travel to support customer visits, conferences, trade shows and events

Responsabilités

• Lead regional sales and business development for two foundry facilities
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities
• Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans for revenue growth
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across departments
• Take consultative approach to understand customer needs and production challenges
• Collaborate with plant leadership, engineering, estimating, and operations
• Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts
• Represent company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows
• Travel within PA and occasional other states to support relationships
