Job summary

Yona is seeking a Food Services District Manager to oversee dietary operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities in the district, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. You will provide leadership to maintain quality dining programs, safe food service operations, and excellent resident and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coaching managers, maintaining staffing, forecasting supplies, maintaining survey readiness, and driving financial performance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or higher degree in food service management or hospitality. ( Accredited program )
• Food service supervisory experience required; long term care preferred
• CDM/CFPP credentials or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Ability to work all shifts and manage multiple facilities

Responsibilities

• Coaches and develops Food Services Directors and Supervisors.
• Leads quality dining programs to enhance resident meal experiences.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Maintains clean, safe, and sanitary food service operations.
• Forecasts and manages supplies, equipment, and staffing.
• Maintains survey readiness and coordinates with other departments.
