Job summary

Yona Solutions is seeking a Food Services District Manager to oversee dietary operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities. You will coach district managers, lead high-quality dining programs, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards while maintaining a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.

You will also forecast purchases, hire and orient directors, manage staffing and CBAs, and report on goals and outcomes to drive resident satisfaction and operational

Qualifications

• Associate's or higher degree in food service management or hospitality.
• Two years of food service supervisory experience; long-term care preferred.
• CDM/CFPP certification per ANFP in dietary management.
• Strong business acumen and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work all shifts and manage multiple facilities.
• Proficient in Windows-based office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Meets with District Managers to coach and develop staff.
• Leads dining programs to enhance residents' meal experiences.
• Ensures dining programs meet federal, state, and local standards.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary food service operation.
• Forecasts and plans purchases of supplies and equipment.
• Interviews, hires, and orients Food Services Directors and Supervisors.
• Maintains staffing levels and CBAs awareness across facilities.
• Reports monthly initiatives, goals, and accomplishments.
• Promotes resident satisfaction and coordinates with other departments.
