Yona is seeking a Food Services District Manager to lead the dietary operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities in the district. You will provide leadership to ensure high-quality dining programs, compliance with federal, state, and local standards, and exceptional resident service.

The role requires a degree in food service management, supervisory experience in long-term care, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in food service management
• Public speaking skills
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Proficient in Windows Office

Responsibilities

• Coaches and provides feedback to Food Services District Managers and managers
• Leads quality dining programs that enhance residents’ meal experience
• Ensures dining programs meet federal, state, and local standards
• Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary food service operation
• Trains and supervises Food Services Directors and Supervisors
• Manages staffing levels and procurement across facilities
• Ensures survey readiness and coordination with other departments
• Reports monthly initiatives, goals, and accomplishments
• Promotes resident satisfaction and controls costs
