Job summary

Yona seeks a Food Services & EVS District Manager to lead dietary operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities. You will supervise Directors and Supervisors, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, and coach teams to deliver quality dining experiences for residents.

Responsibilities include program leadership, staffing planning, and maintaining customer satisfaction while meeting financial goals in a multi-facility district.

Qualifications

• Associate's or higher degree in food service management or hospitality from an accredited institution.
• Food service supervisory experience; at least two years in long-term care preferred.
• CDM/CFPP credential (Certified Dietary Manager, CFPP).
• General business acumen.
• Public speaking skills.
• Excellent stress management, administrative and organizational, with follow-through.
• Ability to work all shifts as needed.
• Proficient in Windows-based office software (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Meets with Food Services & EVS managers to coach and develop.
• Leads quality dining programs to enhance residents' meals.
• Ensures dining programs meet federal, state, and local standards.
• Maintains clean, safe, and sanitary dining operations.
• Responds to resident preferences to meet needs.
• Maintains contact with clients to ensure satisfaction with services.
• Trains staff in dietary procedures and equipment operation.
• Supervises and evaluates quality of work by Directors and Supervisors.
• Maintains survey-ready departments compliant with regulations.
• Interacts in facility meetings and committees.
