Hydro-Thermal Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own the North Region (Wisconsin and surrounding states). You will develop strategic customer relationships, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth by delivering engineered thermal solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate with channel partners and internal engineering teams, manage complex sales cycles, and maintain accurate forecasts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience selling technical products with complex decisions.
• Experience with engineered-to-order solutions.
• Experience managing complex sales processes involving multiple decision-makers.
• Professional sales training or coursework, such as Miller Heiman or Sandler, is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategic regional sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
• Build relationships with key accounts, engineering firms, OEMs, and partners.
• Manage long-cycle opportunities from inquiry to closure.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data.
• Collaborate with engineering and business development to tailor solutions.
• Represent Hydro-Thermal at industry events.
