Job summary

STQ Partners in the United States seeks a Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager focused on flow control to own a territory, build relationships with engineers, distributors and end users, and drive growth in a high‑value market.

You will translate complex mechanical requirements into effective solutions, deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, and travel regularly to client sites, trade shows, and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Experience in flow control, fluid handling, pumps, valves, or related industrial sector preferred.
• Proven sales, business development, or technical account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts across your assigned region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
• Provide technical consultation on flow control products (pulsation dampeners, surge suppressors, valves, and related equipment).
• Work closely with engineering and distributor partners to specify and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Build long-term relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end-users.
• Report on pipeline activity, market trends, and competitor movements.
• Represent the company at trade shows, site visits, and industry events.
