The role includes an outside sales component and collaboration with field sales and engineering to convert technical needs into practical flow control solutions.

• Provide technical support with advanced product knowledge and training.
• Identify sales requirements by building rapport with clients and understanding service needs.
• Maintain quality service by following organizational standards.
• Collaborate with outside sales to grow territory and support opportunities.
• Travel to customer facilities and sites to support sales opportunities and execution.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
