Job summary

ttg Talent Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across a U.S. territory in the industrial flow solutions market.

You will work with distributors, OEMs, EPCs, and end users to recommend valve and flow-control solutions, manage opportunities, and travel regionally.

This role requires technical sales experience and the ability to develop strategic accounts and channel partners in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial technical or territory sales.
• Experience selling valves, flow-control products, or engineered process equipment.
• Experience with distributors, manufacturer's reps, EPCs, OEMs, or end users.
• Ability to understand technical applications and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue in the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
• Build relationships with distributors, EPCs, OEMs, and end users.
• Support customers through technical and commercial sales processes.
• Travel regularly to develop business and maintain key relationships.
