Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Floating Maintenance Service Supervisor who will support maintenance across a regional market. You will coordinate, train, and develop maintenance staff, and travel between properties up to 90% of the time to uphold maintenance policy and practices.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, maintaining mechanical equipment, and interfacing with vendors. A high school diploma and 5–7 years in commercial property maintenance are required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in commercial or multi-unit property maintenance (required).
• 3-4 years as a maintenance supervisor or leader.
• Computer and smartphone literacy; clear English communication (verbal and written). Multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy across the region to multiple properties; supervise maintenance staff and coordinate efforts.
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment including HVAC; diagnose and replace parts.
• Perform carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks as needed; support safety and quality standards.
• Interface with contractors and vendors; solicit bids and manage service agreements.
• Participate in regional talent processes; support development and performance reviews.
