Job summary

Mercy Lincoln (Troy) and surrounding communities is seeking an experienced RN for the Regional Float Pool. This full-time night-shift role involves assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care across multiple units at Mercy facilities within the regional footprint.

You will work with diverse teams, maintain standards of care, and adapt to evolving patient needs. Requirements include RN licensure, BSN preferred, and Epic experience is a plus; sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• One year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ICU/other specialties.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred for critical care.
• Epic experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float across units including Med/Surg, Ortho, Telemetry, ICU and more.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain clinical documentation and adhere to Mercy nursing standards.
