Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN to join our East Region and float among designated Community Mercy Hospital facilities. This full‑time night shift role offers variety, growth, and the chance to impact adult/geriatric care across multiple sites.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care while working with diverse teams. Licensure in good standing and BLS/ACLS/PALS as required are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the hiring state.
• 1 year of bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; 2 years for ED/ICU; Epic experience preferred.
• IV certification required.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable by unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float between Mercy facilities across the region as needed.
• Provide care to adult/geriatric patients in various units.
