Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool on a part-time, night-shift basis serving Mercy St. Louis and surrounding communities. You will float across multiple facilities across the St.

Louis region, delivering bedside care with flexibility and teamwork. Candidates should have an accredited nursing degree and an RN license in the hiring state or compact license. Preference for BSN and Epic experience; a comprehensive benefits package is included from Day

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited registered nursing program.
• BSN degree preferred.
• RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Provide nursing care across the regional footprint of Mercy Saint Louis facilities.
• Collaborate with care teams and adapt to varied unit standards.
