Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN licensure in the hiring state.
• Experience: 1 year bedside LPN in Med-Surg; 2 years for ED/ICU roles.

Responsibilities

• Float between Mercy facilities in the East Region as needed.
• Provide direct nursing care per standards for adult/geriatric patients.
• Respond to patient needs during night shifts and coordinate with teams.
