Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to float across multiple facilities in the St. Louis region. This full-time night-shift role requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license in Missouri.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across Med-Surg and related units. The position offers a sign-on bonus, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the hiring state where nursing duties are performed.
• Minimum 1 year of bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; 2+ years for ED/ICU and other specialties; Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float between hospital facilities within the East Region.
• Provide high-quality care during Nights shifts and participate in the Regional Float Pool program.
