Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN for night shifts, to float among multiple St. Louis region facilities including Mercy St. Louis, Jefferson, South, and others.

The role requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and current LPN licensure. Candidates need 1 year of bedside LPN experience for Med Surg, and 2 years for specialized units; Epic experience is preferred. A sign-on bonus is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Maintain a current LPN license in the employed state.
• One year of recent bedside LPN experience for Med Surg.
• Two years of recent bedside LPN experience for ED/ICU.
• Epic experience preferred.
• IV certification required; BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float across designated Mercy facilities in the East Region.
• Provide care for adult/geriatric patients in Med Surg and related units.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and patient populations.
• Maintain clinical assessment and communication with healthcare teams.
