Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care across multiple Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region. The role is full-time, nights, with incentives and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

LPNs will float to designated facilities and support Med/Surg, Telemetry, and other units as needed, with opportunities for education assistance and retirement benefits. The position emphasizes flexibility, ongoing learning, and collaboration with diverse teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the hiring state.
• Minimum 1 year bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg; 2+ years for ED/ICU.
• Certifications: BLS; CC requires ACLS; ED requires BLS, ACLS, PALS; IV certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float between Mercy facilities across the East Region.
• Care for adult/geriatric patients in Med/Surg and other units as assigned.
