Job summary

Mercy is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join its Regional Float Pool. The LPN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients and will float across designated Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region.

The position is full-time, night shift, with incentives including a $2,000 sign-on bonus, regional per-k facility pay, shift differentials, and education assistance. Benefits start Day One, with a 401(k) match and PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the hiring state.
• One year of recent bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; two years for ED/ICU.
• IV certification required; BLS for Med Surg; ACLS/PALS for ED/CC as applicable.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
