Mercy seeks a Regional Float Pool LPN to deliver bedside nursing care to adult and geriatric patients across multiple Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care while floating to designated units during night shifts. Requirements include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, active LPN license in Missouri, and 1 year of bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg (2 years for ED/ICU).

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Maintain LPN licensure in the hiring state.
• Minimum one year of bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg.
• Two years of bedside LPN experience for ED/ICU; Epic experience preferred.
• IV certification required; BLS for Med/Surg, ACLS for CC, PALS for ED.

Responsabilidades

• Float to Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region.
• Provide adult/geriatric nursing care as an LPN in diverse units.
• Work nights in a full-time Regional Float Pool role with shifts and perks.
• Adapt to patient needs across Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, ED and more.
